Harris Hatcher, bn 1777, came to OvertonCo, TN abt 1804 and built a log cabin to live in while the main house was being built. The log cabin is on the Hatcher property a short distance from where the main house sits. The main house stands today and at last contact was still owned by the family that purchased from Harris Hatcher's youngest son by second marriage. |
